The Rundown
I earned my BS in Computer Science and currently work as a BizOps Engineer which is comparable to a Site Reliability or DevOps Engineer. My role is to identify opportunities for improved operational excellence then implement them using automation, development, and cross-team collaboration. Some of the key technologies I use in my work include Jenkins, Splunk, Cloud Foundry, Chef, Dynatrace, and VMWare ESXi.
